What our trainees say

“Thanks to the training at MiniTec, I was easily able to internalise the theory learned at school, as well as my prior knowledge of business studies, and was able to apply it practically. The experiences I had acquired helped me to understand relationships within the company and the economy better and to incorporate them in my everyday work.”

- Roman Barleben
Trainee industrial management assistant

“Thanks to an internship that I spent in the MiniTec production department in 2017, I was able to get to know the company. I then decided to train as a mechatronics technician, and new that I wanted to learn my trade at MiniTec. A decisive feature was the company’s own teaching workshop with milling and drilling machines and lathes for trainees. In addition, the work in the company’s own electrical workshop gives us great advantages and through our own projects, prepares us perfectly for the final examination.”

- Cora Reidenbach
Trainee mechatronics technician
