A major customer from a technically demanding and complex environment recently ordered 70 electrically height-adjustable workstations from MiniTec, where maintenance work is carried out on various components. As the workpieces are electrically sensitive components, all workstations must have reliable ESD protection. MiniTec constructions are well prepared for this as standard, as they are already mounted to be conductive thanks to the profile connectors used. Conductive mounting brackets with corresponding connection technology are also used. Various special components are also used.

The tables are equipped with ESD articulated feet (to compensate for uneven floors), an ESD table top, an ESD-capable (charge-dissipating) polycarbonate panel on the back and an ESD shelf. In addition, various attachments such as a monitor support, a maintenance unit with compressed air gun and a spiral hose are installed. There is also a power supply channel with 230V Schuko sockets, 24 and 110V special sockets and an integrated 6-way earthing box. Everything here is perfectly thought out and optimized to the customer's requirements. The customer has been relying on MiniTec for its workbenches for many years.
