If a product is only available for a limited time or is no longer available at all and there is a suitable alternative, this is displayed immediately so that the user can switch to it. They also have the option of contacting their customer advisor directly from the product via an e-mail form if they have any questions.

The new feature offers MiniTec customers better transparency regarding the life cycle status of products and provides them with faster options for action in the event of discontinued or expired items.
