For many years MiniTec operated as GmbH & Co. KG. For various reasons, we changed our legal form to a GmbH with effect from September 6, 2024. 

Our new company name and new HR number are as follows:

The business documents (letterheads etc.) will be adapted soon.

Whether the VAT ID will change is currently still being reviewed by the tax authorities. Should there be any changes, we will inform you promptly.
