The webshop offers corporate customers immediate price transparency and even faster order processing for all store products. In addition, there are many convenient features such as the ability to call up past orders at any time and order again.

What is a corporate customer?

The offers in the MiniTec store are aimed exclusively at business customers. To be able to use the MiniTec Shop, you must be registered and logged in as a corporate customer. All MiniTec customers who have a company based in Germany, have a VAT identification number (VAT ID) valid in Germany and whose order is placed for this company are deemed to be corporate customers. By registering as a corporate customer you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) but as an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB).

What are store products?
  • Store products are products from the MiniTec range that are included in the store and can therefore be ordered directly. You can recognize the store products by the shopping cart symbol with an orange background.
  • You can request all other products as before.
  • You can also "only" request store products, for example if you are not authorized to order directly due to your internal specifications.
  • You can filter the product overview to only store products by clicking on "Only show products that can be ordered directly".
What is the procedure for ordering via the store?
  • After placing an order via the store, you will receive an automatic order receipt confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during registration. This includes the price of the goods without packaging and shipping.
  • The order receipt confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. 
  • After your order has been processed, MiniTec will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during registration, which will also contain the costs for packaging and shipping as well as all delivery details. 
  • Delivery shall only be made within Germany.
  • A binding purchase contract for the ordered goods shall only be concluded upon acceptance of the order by receipt of the order confirmation.

What advantages does the order history offer?

You can view your orders at any time in the history in your account and place new orders. The same applies to inquiries.

How can I see if I have been activated for the store?

As soon as you are activated for the store, the information "Webshop active" with the orange shopping cart symbol will appear in your user account.

Activation for the webshop

If you are a corporate customer as described above and the store has not yet been activated for you, you can simply request this. Please note that activation may take a few days.


User account available

If you already have a user account, please log in to it. Click on the "COMPLETE COMPLIANCE DATA" button in the account and complete the details in your user account with your VAT ID and (if not already entered) your company name and confirm your agreement with the terms of use at the end.
